Mr. Rothschild has over 10 years of experience as CFO in various multinational companies, mainly in the Clal group. Prior to Hydro-Industries, he served as CFO for Clal Tourism and various Hi-Tech companies. Mr. Rothschild is a CPA and holds both a B.A. in Economics and an MBA degree, all from Bar Ilan University. Mr. Rothschild joined Hydro-Industries in August 2005.
 
Mr. Ken Bevillard
VP Sales North American
Mr. Bevillard has over 20 years experience in the lawn and garden industry including the development and successful launch of the Bayer Advanced line of products. He has held senior level sales positions with Chevron Chemical Company, Monsanto, and Bayer Environmental Science with experience doing business in all channels of trade. Mr. Bevillard joined the company in 2005. 
 

Mr. David Arbitman
Chief Operations Officer
Prior to joining Hydro-Industries, served as VP Operations for Outstanding Solutions, world leader in the plastic sheds business, part of the Keter Group. Mr. Arbitman held several consulting and senior management positions in various international companies. Holds a B.Sc. In industrial engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology and Executive Management studies from Tel Aviv University. Mr. Arbitman Joined Hydro-Industries in 2007.

Mr.Yehuda Halperin has over 25 years of experience in sales including 8 years of International Sales management. Mr.Halperin has worked with various organizations including industrial companies, trade companies, and others. Mr.Halperin joined Hydro Industries in 2006.
 
Mr.Oded Friedman
VP Business Development 
Over 10 years of experience as marketing and business development director in international FMCG companies. Prior to Hydro-Industries he served as marketing director in L'ORẾL Paris, DANONE and NESTLẾ. Previously he was a senior consultant in an International management consulting firm. Mr. Friedman holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and an MBA degree, all from Tel-Aviv University. Mr. Friedman jointed Hydro-Industries in 2006
